SET IN HISTORIC GRUENE...

The relaxed setting of New Braunfels, Texas, the historic town of Gruene, and the fun of the Guadalupe River just seemed to be the perfect place for the newest member of the Clear Springs Restaurant Family, The Gruene River Grill. Even though we don’t offer the award winning fried catfish and hand breaded onion rings that Clear Springs is famous for, we do keep the tradition going by offering a selection of mouthwatering dishes that are soon to be favorites.

We combine generous portions with great value and selection to give you outstanding food at a fair price. At Gruene River Grill we do our best to use the finest ingredients you can buy and our recipes are made from scratch daily to ensure that you get the best of what we have to offer each time you visit us.

Relax on our patio overlooking the river and enjoy some of our signature menu items like, Crispy Shrimp Won Tons, Fall-off-the-bone Hawaiian Style Ribs, Pan Seared Redfish with crawfish butter, Balsamic Ribeye and our version of the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich is fast becoming a local favorite.

For the sweet tooth in all of us, we offer homemade Crème Brulee made with real vanilla beans, and our homemade Strawberry Shortcake.

And for those of you who have a “taste for the grape” we offer an extensive wine list with wines by the glass and bottle. We offer a full service bar with premium liquors, frozen Bellini’s, Margaritas, and Hand Shaken Martinis.

We have also just finished remodeling our “Wine Room”. It seats up to 22 people and has hard to find wines from around the world for you to enjoy. This room is perfect for private parties and meetings.
